The Center for Leader Development in STEM (CLDSTEM) is dedicated to building an academic pipeline to educate and inspire new STEM talent for West Point, the Army, and the Nation. The Center offers a comprehensive program of STEM education and career path development for youth and scholars, seeking to build an overall stronger STEM pipeline fulfilling the Army’s need for officers with a higher level of scientific and technological literacy who can effectively lead in an increasingly complex operational environment.
